In 1982 I attended Conference ’82 - VII Commonwealth & International Conference on Sport, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance, in Brisbane Australia, where I co-taught 2 workshops on improvisation and body awareness and also gave a paper entitled: A Comparison of the Factors Affecting Ballet Dancers and Improvisational Dancers. From 1980-83, as part of Remote Control, I co-taught workshops in Sweden and England, creative movement to special population groups and in community dance in London (England) with RNIB, deaf & partial hearing and in Canada with CNIB, multi-disabilities and psychiatric survivors.

In Toronto, where I moved in 1983, I have taught at performing arts schools, McMaster University, Ryerson University and Seneca, Sheridan & George Brown Colleges. I have been on part-time staff teaching movement, creative, contact and social dance at Humber College (Theatre Department and Film & TV Department) since 1985.
